General Registration for IC 2026 Opens on Wednesday, September 17

General registration for IC will go live on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, and will remain open until January 13 or until we are sold out (priority registration for eligible teens will open one day prior on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 9 AM ET). Spots are available to all BBYO members in 9th–12th grade who are in good standing. For a detailed explanation on how teen priority and general registration and waitlists will work this year, please review our IC 2026 Registration & Waitlist Polices document.

For general registration on Wednesday, September 17, please see the schedule below for specific times registration will open:

• For Europe, Africa, Middle East and Former Soviet Union, registration will open at 8:00 PM CET (Central European Time)
• For North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Australia, registration will open at 8:00 PM ET (Eastern Time)

Teen delegates who register for IC are not required to pay a deposit at the time of registration. However, a minimum $250 deposit will be due by Friday, October 3, 2025. This deposit is fully refundable through Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Here are options for registration:

• You Can Register Online: If you have an issue registering online, you can submit a request for help by emailing the IC Customer Service Team. The links below will be active when registration opens.
• You Can Register in Person: See if your community is hosting an IC registration party! Grab a friend, your laptop, and a method of payment, and head over to your local launch party this fall.
• You Can Register (and Get Help) by Phone: Call centers are set up across North America to help with registration. The IC hotline for assistance is +1-202-507-7266. There may be a waiting period, but we’ll do our best to help as quickly as possible.
